Statement of Purpose

The Social Committee exists to promote relationships among staff and families through the organization and coordination of social events. The committee provides opportunities for members of the school community to interact in an informal setting.

Responsibilities

1. Provide refreshments at all monthly Home & School Association meetings.

2. Provide refreshments at all school concerts and programs.

3. Help coordinate Grandparents' Day and Kindergarten Round-Up.

4. Plan and coordinate social events for Catholic Schools Week.

5. Plan and coordinate at least two other school-wide events during the school year.

6. Propose ideas for events and report on attendance at monthly Home & School Association meetings.

This group meets monthly.
